Birdfeeders In The Snow

This morning I woke up to see about six inches of snow on the plants and trees surrounding my patio, but the temperature has been hovering around zero Celcius for a couple of hours and now the snow is melting.

The seed birdfeeder and the hummingbird feeder needed a little snow removal, but I left the syrup because it wasn’t frozen. (For the last couple of days I have had to bring it indoors to replace the syrup.) Here is a short video showing some hummingbirds; they visit most often in the mornings.

I have since been playing around with my cell phone camera, tripod, and a new gadget (Zhiyun Smooth Q4 Gimbal). The gadget is taking a little while to figure out, but I am getting there. Once I master it I will be able to take better videos while walking. In the mean time, here is a video taken from a stationary position indoors. It’s too slippery for me to want to go walking outside yet!
