It’s so damn hot over here at the moment I blinked twice before I realised I was looking as snow!
Yes, and we just got a little more last night! Sigh
I had a bit of spare time so I was outside sanding one of our wooden window frames. I lasted about 20 minutes before the heat drove me back inside – and its 17:25 down here!
Wow. We are both tired of our weather!
It is still 28c. Can you believe it?
I generally prefer the warmth, rather than the cold, but when it is this hot it limits outdoor activities, as the UV index goes a bit haywire. It was 11 today.
When it comes to the cakes/baking however, the cooler weather is preferable.
But winter is coming our way … make no mistake!
I told my family the other day that I never want to spend another winter in Edmonton. Now I’m online browsing apartments in warmer places in Canada.
We had our first thunderstorm early this evening!
Has it cleared the air?
