This morning it was a pleasure to see the sky reflected in the water of the harbour in Nanaimo. We have had lots of rain recently and that has kept me indoors, so today I went out for my walk early before the clouds moved in.

The cloud reflections in the harbor water are beautiful. I do not recall being near a large body of water that is so still as to allow reflections like these. Hmm, possibly at Lake Tahoe years ago, now that I think about it. In any case, you live in an area of beauty.
I hope you are doing well. My granddaughter was married 3 weeks ago. I am reminded that time does pass quickly. She is already 27!

Yes, I live in a lovely place. I was out there before all the boat and seaplane activity really started. That’s why most of the pictures show still water. The last picture shows the ripples from a small ferry heading off to one of the islands.
