A Great Phone Camera

Getting an android phone has caused me a lot of adjustment headaches, but now I think I have it figured out. After a lot of trial and error with various settings and messaging apps, I have reluctantly accepted that I can no longer text my eldest child from my Apple laptop. That, however, has turned out to be the only downside.

I am liking what I have so far figured out, and I am particularly pleased with the camera. This feature is the reason I originally bought this phone, and it is turning out to be as good as advertised. I was able to take pictures of birds that were far distant from me at Buttertubs Marsh on Sunday, and the zoom feature was awesome.

Today I took some close-ups of the flowers around my patio and I think you will agree they are pretty darned good for a phone camera.

I debated whether or not to return the phone after my initial frustrations, but now I think I’ll keep it. I am still able to keep in touch with my eldest, but I may have to improve on my two-finger typing skills. The new phone’s camera beat the laptop’s texting ability on my personal score sheet.

  1. @snowbirdofparadise.com Wow that first picture at the marsh is awesome! It's hard to believe it was taken with a phone!
