In Coombs, British Columbia, is the fabulous Old Country Market. It sells wonderful food products from all over the world and it isn’t hard to fill up your shopping basket with tasty goodies.

Aside from the great food, though, this market also has goats on the roof! They live up there, eating the grass, and they draw in huge crowds. Today the street outside was packed with visitors and people looking for places to park. Other businesses have benefitted from the goats’ popularity, and the restaurants, ice cream parlour, and clothing stores were all doing a roaring trade.

Some of these goats live on the roof and some live in a field nearby which has a ramp up to the roof. If you are ever in the area, you should drop by.
