Behind the Cliff Centre building in Nanaimo is a cliff!
It is actually quite lovely and sits behind a Chevron station on the Trans-Canada Highway. I see this cliff each time I walk to my hairdresser’s salon which has a red canopy over the doorway.

That red canopy can be seen on the left side of this picture of a fabulous mural that is beside the lovely cliff. I particularly like the way the image integrates both the cliffside and the horizontal line of the building’s first floor.

So much beauty in one spot! I could not find the name of the mural artist but will be happy to include that information here if and when I do.
Beautiful! I never knew it was there.
It’s a “blink and you’ll miss it” kind of thing. 🙂
I love that the cliff was left alone and not “developed”, so to speak. It’s stunning. As is the mural.
Me too. I love to see the foliage among the rocks.
