In the fall of 2016 my youngest son and his partner treated me to a trip to New York to see Hamilton. It was a wonderful trip and I think of it often. We saw two shows in addition to Hamilton, and we also saw a lot of the city.
Wherever I go, I always enjoy seeing wall art, and here are some photos from that trip. I’m especially happy that one of these is a Banksy. That last picture isn’t art, but it is funny. Enjoy.

Thank you, Heide. I wish I could name the artists here, but I haven’t done the necessary research for that yet. One of the great things about New York is the variety of street art.
I can’t always name the artists either — and not all of their work is signed. But I suspect they’d be honored to know their work is being seen and appreciated, just the same.
