When I was visiting the Strathearn neighbourhood in Edmonton with my younger son last month, we stopped to enjoy a lovely little corner of the world. It is a parking area behind a strip mall, and a container garden, and a sculpture gallery all in one. I suspect the sculptures are the work of the artist who runs Gallery U, and perhaps that is also the person who is responsible for the flowers, but I don’t know. I only know I am thankful for their work.
So in September it was a beautiful blooming garden as pictured? What a wonderful discovery!
Yes, indeed! The flowers were gorgeous. Now we are settling in for winter, so most of the flowers will have gone by now.
Beautiful, and unique. Thanks for posting. I’ll visit next year.
Good idea!
I like the Julian of Norwich quote. I have heard of her, but not this particular quote. Very comforting.
I felt the same way when I saw it. 🙂
