2. Do you suppose the access steps up the side of this beautiful communal facility are for cats? LOL

   1. That was why I took the picture! I thought exactly the same thing.

      1. Oh Anne, great minds etc! I really doubt that birds would utilize the ‘stairs’ so…!!!

         1. So, maybe for squirrels? Or magpies?

            1. Were there to be a food source at the upper levels, squirrels might be tempted. I don’t know much regarding magpies. Are they anything like crows?

               1. They are really big bird that sometimes “strut”

               2. A-Ha! Perhaps they would strut up the stairs then! 🙂
