Lest We Forget Snow

This afternoon, on Remembrance Day, I went for a walk to get some fresh air. We had a heavy snowfall two nights ago and I didn’t get out at all yesterday so I was feeling a bit of cabin fever. I had my camera with me and took a few shots of the snow. The sun is low in the sky, but this is usual for winter in Edmonton. These were all taken at around 2:00-2:30 PM.

  1. Sometimes I wonder if I miss the snow or just the beauty of it. We are getting a hard freeze tonight, I have my wool socks on wishing I had heated floors. Beautiful pictures as always Anne!

  2. Beautiful as always. My favorite is the one with the evergreens on the right side of the sidewalk and the bare branch trees on the left.
