This afternoon, on Remembrance Day, I went for a walk to get some fresh air. We had a heavy snowfall two nights ago and I didn’t get out at all yesterday so I was feeling a bit of cabin fever. I had my camera with me and took a few shots of the snow. The sun is low in the sky, but this is usual for winter in Edmonton. These were all taken at around 2:00-2:30 PM.
Beautiful!
Thanks,
Vincent
Thank you!
Sometimes I wonder if I miss the snow or just the beauty of it. We are getting a hard freeze tonight, I have my wool socks on wishing I had heated floors. Beautiful pictures as always Anne!
Thank you!
You probably miss the way it looks but not what it is like to drive in. Heated floors sound like a good idea.
Beautiful as always. My favorite is the one with the evergreens on the right side of the sidewalk and the bare branch trees on the left.
Thanks, Sally. I like that one, too! In fact, it was the first shot I took that day.
Winter Wonderland.
A very rare occurrence down here, as you can well imagine!
Be thankful. Be very, very thankful.
I am!
