I have just bought an Olympus E-M10 and today I tried it out in my local neighbourhood and at the nearby Japanese Friendship Gardens. I still have a lot to learn about the camera’s capabilities, but so far I’m very happy with the basics. Here are some of my favourites.
I still have my Olympus OM -10.
Love it.
The photograph of the succulent – is that a Aeonium arboreum var artopurpureum? Or Zwartkop as we call them down here in South Africa
Yes, it is, Ark but I didn’t know that until you told me! Its common name here is Black Rose.
Well, we both learned something then! 🙂
nice shot!
Thanks!
Just noticed this blog entry from 2015 apparently. The bright orange and lighter green building (on Keyes and 7th I believe) is where Frank would walk to get alterations done sometimes. Must be memory lane for me today.
I have had alterations done there, too. Memory Lane is not a bad place to wander.
