I signed on to another dating site. It was an accident, I swear!

It came about because I joined AARP (American Association of Retired Persons). I did that because they have all sorts of good discounts and good advice on things like health care insurance.

I only went to that website because I was looking for something completely different. A friend said that a group with two A’s in the acronym organizes local meet-ups. I couldn’t remember the acronym, though, so I never did find what I started out to find.

On the other hand, I did find that someone I corresponded with ages ago is still looking for a partner. The trouble is, I can’t remember which dating site I met him on, how long we corresponded, or why we ceased to correspond. Since I have cast into outer darkness all my other dating site profiles, I can’t now go back and track him down.

My virtual life is giving me a headache.
